1. UNIFORM LIGHT HAVING SPREAD OVER A LARGE AREA: |
|

The Light output of our Downlights is uniform and spreads over a large area.
In case of Lights with Power LEDs the light seems to be emitted from multi sources and causes uncomfort toour eyes. If reading or concentration activity done under such light continuously may result in damage to eye sight.
Many Brands use white acrylic as the cover to compensate it to some extent. But this acrylic becomes yellowish and obstructs the light output as the time pass by. |

2. WE USE LOW POWER CHIP SMD LEDs: |

We use chip –SMD LED having size 3.5 X 2.8 mm and power consumption of 0.06 W per LED. Even if Lights are used uninterrupted continuously in high ambient temperatures during summers then too the temperature rise at the junction is very low. This is due to its low power consumption per LED and uniform & even distribution of LEDs over the complete area.
In case of Power LEDs the heat generated at the junction is very high compared to 0.06 W in our Lights to 1W (or the other wattages like 3W / 5W /7W). This results in very fast life degradation of LED and finally its failure within 3 to 6 months. |

3. OUR LIGHTS WILL NEVER FAIL BEFORE ASSURED 50,000 WORKING HOURS : |

We use Quality LEDs having same Lighting and Electrical parameters. So as we use them in series parallel combination, the light from each LED is uniform. In worst case, even if one LED fails , only one string will be off. e.g. In our Sunglow 3 Model, only one string of 4 LEDs will be off out of 140 LEDs.
In cheaper LED Downlights the LEDs have poor quality and do not have similarity in Lighting & Electrical parameters. These LEDs are connected in series supplied by a constant current power supply so even if they do not have the similar parameters, they should atleast look similar when used. In such Downlights even if one LED fails, the complete unit will fail |

4. ENCLOSURE DESIGN IS SUPERIOR THAN OTHERS: |

These Downlights are designed for Indoor Lighting application which have die- casted Aluminium enclosures. The LEDs are soldered on a MCPCB and mounted on a Heat Sink at the top portion. The complete enclosure acts as a Heat Sink as it is an Aluminium body. In recess mounting ,the cooling is very poor above the false ceiling. In all the Downlights ,the LEDs are in this poor cooling area. Thus we have designed enclosures which have the outer area – Flange exposed in the room and the complete enclosure acts as Heat Sink, the heat generated is quickly dissipated. |

5. WE USE LEDs FROM SEOUL SEMICONDUCTOR SSC: |

1. The LEDs we use have very high efficacy of 120 lumens per watt.
2. SSC is 4th position in the world with respect to market share after Nichia, Osram & Cree.
